Kristal Frazier is the development prospect researcher for the Center for Grants Development at the Harris County Department of Education. She is an expert in fundraising and prospect research. As the development associate for the Center for Grants Development, Kristal evaluates numerous funding opportunities every month, assessing their competitiveness, compatibility, and capacity. She is a longstanding Grant Professionals Association and Nonprofit Technology Network member. She is a respected grant reviewer for federal agencies, the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities, and the United Way of Greater Houston. Kristal is a published author and award-winning keynote speaker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology, specializing in grant writing, program evaluation, and community development, from Fort Hays State University.
