De Novo Bootcamp

Led by Drs. Rian Cho, Blake Ballenger, David Rallis, and Daniel Yacoob, along with instructors Bryce Burger, Michael Forde, Will Garin, and Joe Hohler.

The De Novo Bootcamp is a program built for emerging and early stage de novo surgeons. We will engage a clear and disciplined path to building a high performing practice. This course is designed around real operating decisions, proven systems, and lessons learned from successful de novo launches.

Participants will work through the core components that determine early practice trajectory. This includes growth planning, referral development, operational structure, financial discipline, and leadership expectations. Sessions are grounded in real examples, practical frameworks, and clear execution standards so attendees leave with a defined plan they can apply immediately in their own market.

The objective is simple: reduce trial and error, avoid early missteps, and establish the systems and habits that support long-term clinical, operational, and financial success.
