Program Overview

South Central Service Cooperative (SCSC) is proud to offer Level Up Learning—a personalized coaching program designed to meet each student where they are and help them grow. Whether your child is catching up, moving ahead, or exploring a unique interest, Level Up Learning provides:

• Targeted intervention coaching in Literacy and Math for striving learners

• Inspired enrichment coaching for advanced students

• Customized support for students with unique learning needs or interests, developed in collaboration with caregivers and SCSC staff

Coaching is available for students in grades K–8 and delivered by licensed teachers. Sessions are scheduled flexibly to fit busy calendars.

Commitment Terms

Session Frequency:

To ensure consistency and support optimal progress, families agree to commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week per child during the program dates.

Session Details:

• Length: 50 minutes per session

• Cost: $40 per session

• Recommended Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week

• Program Dates: Summer 2025, agreed upon dates established by SCSC coaches and caregivers

• Format: Flexible scheduling, virtual coaching and instruction

Scheduling & Attendance:

• Families will work with assigned coaches to set a schedule.

• 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to the session fee.

Technology Requirements:

• Families must provide a reliable device (computer or tablet) with a working camera and internet connection for all online sessions.

Commitment Contract

$40 per session package pricing below:

16 sessions $640

20 sessions $800

24 sessions $960

30 sessions $1200

Scholarships may be available if grant funding allows. Please choose a session and scholarship in your choices if you would like to be considered.
