Kristyna Torres Cruz is a nonprofit development strategist and speaker with nearly two decades of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and storytelling. She helps mission-driven organizations grow their impact and has worked with organizations across Houston and beyond, leading initiatives in major gifts, volunteer recruitment, Giving Tuesday, and digital engagement. She also teaches nonprofit digital strategy at Rice University’s Glasscock School, where she empowers professionals to elevate their fundraising through creative, community-centered approaches.
