The Yolo County SELPA Community Advisory Committee (CAC) annually presents awards for outstanding service to children and/or adults with special needs in Yolo County. Awards are presented to people who may be school employees, parents, volunteers, or agency professionals who have shown exceptional dedication, efforts, and/or commitment to serving individuals with special needs. There is no cost to attend.
