MEET THE PRESENTERS
Since 1990, when Allen Caudle began the crisis and communications training firm Shelton & Caudle (S&C), he has worked with clients ranging from local churches to Fortune 100 companies to prepare for or respond to unwanted attention called to their organizations. With a background in research, marketing strategy and public relations he and his wife Helen Vollmer Caudle have worked side by side with executives to develop and deliver communication that preserves reputation in times of crisis. S&C, as part of Vollmer Public Relations, sold to Edelman Public Relations in 2010. In 2016, Allen and Helen founded Caudle Crisis Communications Counsel (4C) to share their more than 40 years of experience with select clients.
